Sadly, most label owners don’t like signing female artistes.

They feel the entertainment industry is not meant for them, they should become back up singers or manage artistes.

It’s always annoying when a label boss signs a female artiste and at the end of the year, her returns are usually low when compared to that of a male artiste.

Most people think that for a female artiste to evolve and make it these days, she has to be really sexy like Tiwa Savage, have a great voice like Simi and also create controversies like Cynthia Morgan.
