Introducing England's World Cup WAGs: Meet the ladies set to help Three Lions stars 'relax' in Russia

Behind every great man, there's a great woman, or so the saying goes. And behind almost every England footballer, there's a glamorous wife or girlfriend. That's at least if the ladies attached to current crop of players are anything to go by. Back in 2010, then-England boss Fabio Capello banned WAGs from the World Cup in South Africa, limiting visits to once a week, to avoid any distractions. However, current manager Gareth Southgate will allow families to spend time with players at the team hotel the day after games to help them relax. We know who'll be on the plane to Russia later this month, but now, it's time to meet some of the WAGs who could be joining them...

I recently travelled to Jalisco, Mexico to photograph the production of tequila for a new @natgeo and @wsj magazine called Far & Away. The inaugural issue of the mag was released last weekend within the Wall Street Journal. ‘Tequila Rocks’ was a journey through the blue agave fields East of Guadalajara, to the rowdy bars and many distilleries of Tequila town. After being accused of sexual misconduct and unwanted physical contact, John Lasseter may be coming back to Disney

The chief creative officer went on a six-month sabbatical starting last November after being accused of sexual misconduct and unwanted physical contact. Now that his six-month leave is coming to a close, The Wall Street Journal reports that execs have discussed bringing Lasseter back to Disney in a new position—one that slows his managerial control but allows him to “retain creative influence.” The final day of Lasseter’s sabbatical is May 21, which is rapidly approaching.
